Accounts Payable – Intern | CIBT | Gurugram, Haryana

Job description:

CIBT is offering an exciting internship opportunity for candidates in Gurugram. The intern will be responsible for auditing Network Partner’s invoices, processing payments, and controlling expenses. To excel in this position, the intern should have good communication skills, a strong command of English, intermediate Excel skills, multitasking abilities, process-oriented mindset, and excellent attention to detail.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Timely processing of invoices through manual data input and data uploads.
• Monitoring invoice submissions and vendor portals.
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and obtaining payment authorization.
• Applying coding by department and general ledger account.
• Auditing Supplier (Network Partner) Invoices.
• Auditing and processing travel and expense reports in Concur Expense & Reporting.
• Verifying and processing timely payments through checks, wire, and ACH.
• Researching vendor inquiries and resolving payable disputes.
• Filing invoice voucher packages and maintaining vendor files.
• Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Undertaking special projects and other assigned duties.

Education and qualifications required:

• 0-6 months of experience in End to End Accounts Payable.
• Experience in dealing with multiple currencies.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Proficiency/fluency in the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility in working hours based on company requirements and as assigned by the Finance Manager.
