Job description:
Navi is currently seeking an Associate Information Security to join their information security program at the Group Level. The role will focus on ensuring cybersecurity compliance with the requirements set by regulators such as RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Enhancing customer experience and video KYC by closing the disparity between top-performing and low-performing employees.
- Optimizing processes within the function for improved efficiency.
- Ensuring accurate capturing of input efforts, including avoiding over-reporting or under-reporting.
- Delivering a seamless and positive customer experience across all human touch-related functions.
- Managing a team of analysts responsible for the above tasks.
- Implementing penalty grids for defaulters to enforce compliance.
Qualifications and experience required:
- A business/sales/operations leader with 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience with tech-first startups is preferred.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively.
- Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and comfort with data and customer metrics.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative management style.
- Strong product thinking.
