In this position, you will be expected to learn the in and out of our Restricted Party Screening (RPS) process.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge of the RPS process and handle it independently.
• Monitoring and keeping abreast of Restricted Party regulations for various countries.
• Analyzing and updating regulatory information in e2open proprietary software.
• Interacting with experts to obtain RPS-related information.
• Analyze data to ensure required cleanliness.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations on timeliness, quality, and completeness of assigned projects by working closely with Team Leaders and Managers by following our quality management standards set forth by our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge and Interest in International Trade regulations, policies, and customs compliance are an added advantage.
• Excellent research and analysis skills.
• Strong Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word are an added advantage.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with people from different countries and across different time zones.
• Ability to work under pressure and in short time frames.
• Should be proactive and have a problem-solving attitude.
• Any graduate background is preferred (BSc, BCom, BBA)
