Job description:
WeWork is hiring a CA Articled Assistant as an Industrial trainee in its Finance Team. As an industrial trainee, you will get hands-on training across finance functions, with a primary focus on processes, internal controls and drafting of Standard Operating Procedures. You will also be working on SAP to troubleshoot issues and on user experience improvements. Furthermore, you will be able to explore and learn about areas of accounting, tax, compliance, internal audit, FP&A, etc., depending on time required for the primary role.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Audits of processes and internal controls
- Provide solutions for process optimization
- Draft and rolling out of SOP documents
- Troubleshoot SAP queries on a day-to-day basis
- Provide solutions/recommendations to improve user experience of the SAP system
Experience and requirements:
- Must have cleared both the groups of IPCC.
- Must be in his/her last year of articleship and have completed the first two years of articleship with a reputed CA Firm.
- Should have a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 12 months of articleship remaining to be completed.
- CA Final attempt must fall on or after May 2025.
- Available to join in less than a month or latest by Jan first week.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work-ethic and commitment.
