Job description:

Suzlon is seeking a candidate with experience in Quality, Operations, or HR, preferably with an engineering background.

The project entails the following tasks:

1. Rollout of Job Dictionaries: Assist in developing Job Descriptions (JDs), Key Result Areas (KRAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for key positions across all Business Units (BUs).
2. Delegation of Authority and Power: Develop documents outlining both financial and non-financial delegation of authority and power.
3. Creation of New Business Structure Document: Participate in creating documents outlining the new business structure.
4. Evaluation of Goal Efficacy: Assess the effectiveness of established goals.
5. Mapping of Key Processes: Identify and map out key processes within the organization.
6. Any Other Data Collection, Analysis Requirement, Preparation of Questionnaires: Assist in any additional tasks related to data collection, analysis, or questionnaire preparation as needed.
