Keysight Technologies is conducting an interview for the post of Business Process Associate.
Job duties and responsibilities:
The WPS Analyst role is to understand and deliver on the business analytics need of Workplace Solutions (WPS). This position is responsible for managing FP&A for WPS organization (Planning, Forecasting, month end accounting, variance analysis, business commentary for stakeholders). This position will work on identifying and implementing process improvement projects within WPS organization working with key stakeholders to understand problem areas and using technology to come up with process simplification and automation recommendations. This role will provide decision support with respect to operating models, investments in change initiatives, financial planning, and developing innovative reporting to translate financial results into business impact.
The candidate should be well versed with internal/SOX controls, local legal and US GAAP requirements, Accounting and Finance guidelines.
The candidates should be willing and able to take on responsibilities, collaborative and self-starter while demonstrating energy to remove roadblocks and drive results by engaging with other internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete and accurate financial results, developing the financial plan and adjusting the same as part of monthly forecasting process, business commentary for stakeholders, financial summary dashboards, data modelling and analysis for new investments.
- Ensure proper control, recording and classification of transactions
- Interpreting financial information, and responsible for planning and forecasting
Liaise with various departments like business finance, Fixed Assets, IT, AP, AR and Payroll - Should be proactive in addressing process issues, front end internal customer queries
- Should be a team player and should back up the other team members in times of need
- Good Communication skills (written and oral) & ability to perform multi-tasking
- Self-driven, positive, flexible towards work, ability to solve problems independently and bring innovative ideas to improve the current process.
Qualifications required:
CA Fresher/ CA having experience of 0-1 year.
