Job duties and responsibilities:
Research and analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare reports and summaries on market insights, competitor analysis, and project opportunities for review by the sales team.
Business development:
- Assist in lead generation activities by conducting prospect research, identifying key decision-makers, and creating targeted contact lists.
- Utilize various sales tools and databases to track leads, update contact information, and monitor sales pipeline.
Client relationship management:
- Support the sales team in maintaining and expanding client relationships.
- Assist in coordination and preparation for meetings, presentations, and client events.
- Help in drafting and proofreading sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Project coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and sales team members to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in creating and updating project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate project execution.
Administrative Support: - Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project files.
- Assist in preparing expense reports and maintaining project-related documentation.
