The Retail Intern will gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of a retail store and work closely with the retail management team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Support merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and ensuring products are organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in conducting inventory audits and reconciling stock levels.
- Process transactions at the cash register and assist with payment methods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Assist in executing promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer experience.
- Other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
Stipend: Rs. 12,000 /- per month
