Job duties and responsibilities:

• Manage Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads for end-to-end HR business processes.
• Gain expertise in Workday business process configurations and perform EIB loads according to configuration guidelines.
• Handle the volume of Workday EIB loads through a ticketing system like ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from regions such as ASEAN, ANZ, MEA, Korea, UK, and India.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
