Microsoft is looking for a Product Management Intern.
As a Product Manager MBA Intern, you will play a key role in shaping product vision and strategy by thoroughly understanding customer experiences and analyzing market competition. You will lead cross-functional teams, build consensus on product direction, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with partners to balance trade-offs and disclosures. This role offers the chance to identify both short- and long-term investment opportunities, assess trade-offs, develop the product roadmap, and execute strategies for driving in-product organic growth.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related degree.
- Must have at least one additional quarter/semester remaining after completing the internship.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and strategy by leveraging insights into customer experience and competitive landscape.
- Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities for feature development or enhancements.
- Collaborate to design experiences across multiple features or areas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven, short-term investment opportunities, assess trade-offs, and prioritize investments.
- Work with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to establish product release criteria, and develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
