Job description:
ZF is conducting an interview for the post of Industrial Trainee.
Job purpose:
Provide support in Product Financial Reporting (PFR) and controlling functions, ensuring smooth execution of month-end closing, planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide support in planning and forecasting activities.
- Assist in calculating product profitability to ensure informed decision-making.
- Analyze operating results and compare performance against the budget to identify variances and trends.
Qualifications:
- Must be a student registered with ICAI or ICMA, or have completed an MBA.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Key stakeholders:
- External: Statutory Auditors, Group Auditors, Bankers, Consultants.
- Internal: Cross-functional teams, business heads, internal auditors.
- Global: Corporate Accounting and Controlling.
Working Conditions:
- Must comply with ICAI regulations during the traineeship, if applicable.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate business requirements while balancing professional and personal commitments.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Capable of mentoring and leading a team of qualified Financial Analysts.
