Job description:

Data Patterns is hiring for the post of Chartered Accountant.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Accounts:
   • Prepare financial accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
   • Scrutinize General Ledger and handle month-end postings.
   • Prepare and present the Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) report.
   • Ensure timely interaction with internal and statutory auditors and complete audits as scheduled.
   • Responsible for budgeting and financial planning processes.
2. Cash & Treasury Management:
   • Oversee treasury operations and manage cash flows efficiently.
   • Ensure the financial management of receivables and payables.
3. Compliance & Governance:
   • Ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC), tax regulations (both direct and indirect), FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
   • Implement and govern internal financial controls to maintain compliance.
4. Analytical Support:
   • Provide management with analytical data and periodic MIS reports.
5. Tax Compliance:
   • Handle tax regulations and reports, ensuring effective tax compliance practices related to Direct and Indirect taxes.
6. Process Improvements:
   • Assist in implementing accounting and financial systems to enhance smooth accounting operations.

Skill set required:

• IND AS & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of IND AS, Companies Law, Direct & Indirect Tax Laws, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• MS Excel Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
• Team Management: Ability to manage a team and oversee accounting operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for reporting to stakeholders.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry.
