Job description:
We are looking for graduate engineer trainee.
Job duties:
- Monitors existing install base to upsell based on deficiencies;
- responds to leads generated by technicians.
- Interacts with customers on a daily basis and either offers an appropriate solution or hands off any qualifying leads for jobs outside of scope to outside sales.
- Responsible for generating revenue and/or profit margin, provides product selection assistance, quotes, order processing assistance, expediting orders and technical support.
Qualification & experience:
University degree and 1 year suggeste
