Job description:

Thinkerbell Labs is looking for a passionate sales intern to join the business development team to scale their flagship product Annie, the world’s first self-learning Braille learning ecosystem. The current role is open for a total of 3 positions.

Job duties and responsibilities:

If you’ve been successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities, among others:

  • Help set sales goals and develop sales strategies for Annie
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Researching beneficiaries/users and onboarding them
  • Handling client’s questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Working with government entities to facilitate orders.
  • Approaching the companies for funds, and partnerships and developing a long-term relationship
  • Preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and project reports.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or finished an undergraduate/postgraduate course in management, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy and patience in understanding and resolving customer and user problems.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in B2B/B2C/B2G sales
  • Hands-on experience in any CRM and sales automation tool is a plus
  • Prior experience in special Edtech is a plus
