Simplilearn is hiring a HRBP Intern In Bangalore.

Job duties and responsibilities:

As an HRBP Intern, you will provide valuable support to the HR team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR business partnering. You will work closely with HR Business Partners to assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization’s goals and objectives. This internship will provide you with an opportunity to develop your HR skills and knowledge while contributing to the overall success of the HR function.

Support HR Business Partners in various HR activities, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating and facilitating employee engagement activities, conducting HR Connects, New joiner Connects, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles.
  • Lead and deliver employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and assisting with employee communication efforts.
  • Use different virtual, F2F engagement formats to maximize employee engagement.
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as talent engagement initiatives, and fun activities.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Assist with the maintenance of HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and programs based on feedback and observations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and other relevant meetings or training sessions.

Qualifications required:

  • Currently pursuing/Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and a passion for understanding and supporting the needs of employees.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, and regulations is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Lead from the front on matters related to employee engagement and engagement initiatives
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • The HRBP Intern will report to the HR Business Partner and work closely with the HR team to gain valuable experience in HR business partnering.
