Job description:

Ecolibrium is conducting an internship in Pune.

This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity for recent MBA graduates to gain valuable experience in the world of sustainability. You’ll work alongside experienced sales professionals, learning the ropes of identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients onto the SmartSense platform in accordance with the requirements outlined in scope documents.
• Ensure seamless transition and setup for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Develop customized dashboards and Excel reports tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their requirements effectively.
• Deliver solutions and services that align with stakeholder expectations and project objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Provide training to clients on the functionalities and features of the SmartSense platform.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the overall onboarding process.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to the product and development teams for enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications required:

• Recent MBA graduate (2024 batch).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI is a plus.
