Job Title: MBA Fresher- SCM module- Tier 1 Institute

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.
2. Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
3. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
4. Assist in the design and implementation of inventory management processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
5. Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies to ensure that Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. maintains a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications and experience required:

• MBA degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from a Tier 1 Institute.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
