Job description:
HCL Tech hiring Process Associate / Associate – Fresher 2025 in Hyderabad.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders received via emails in ERP system
- Collaborate with customer ops team to clarify order requirements and address discrepancies.
- Validate order details for accuracy
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays or changes
- Generate Reports in SAP, Oracle.
- Do Analysis on Critical Reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications required:
- Graduate or PG with no arrears
- No BE / BTECH/ MCS/MCA / MTECH/ Diploma will not be entertained.
Experience required:
0-1 year experience
Shift: US Shifts (Night Shift)
Skills required:
- Good knowledge in MS-Office
- Good Communication, analytical and reporting skills.
- Should be able to understand the Client Requirements and should know to create SOP’s individually as customer specific
- Ability to think dynamic, diligently and able to relate the process procedures transitioned with business logics
