Job description:

Atkins, a leading global engineering and design consultancy, is hiring a Graduate HR Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role is open to MBA (Master of Business Administration) or MSW (Master of Social Work) graduates who are graduating this year and have a passion for striving for excellence and personal growth in the field of Human Resources.

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Employee Life Cycle Management: Handle various HR processes related to employee life cycle management in accordance with regional policies and guidelines.
2. HR Process Management: Demonstrate proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures.
3. Case Management: Manage and coordinate queries on the Case Management tool.
4. Correspondence and Communication: Produce standard correspondence to employees and external parties, and liaise with employees, line managers, and other HR colleagues.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Community and Centers of Excellence (COE’s).
6. Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute to process improvements within the HR department.
7. Ad-hoc Projects: Support the People’s Hub team with ad-hoc projects.
8. Miscellaneous: Perform any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader.

Qualifications & skills:

1. MBA or MSW Graduate: Hold an MBA or MSW degree and have a passion for excellence and personal growth.
2. IT Skills: Possess good IT skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Fluent English: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Administrative Ability: Demonstrate strong administrative skills in managing complex and varied workloads.
5. Driven and Organized: Be driven, highly organized, and capable of identifying and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
7. Proactive and Independent: Be proactive, work effectively on own initiative, and require little guidance.
8. Confidentiality: Maintain high levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
