Job duties and responsibilities:
- Enter candidate and employee data accurately, managing and updating information as needed.
- Assist the founders and core team by prioritizing tasks, making calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the daily calendar.
- Track time and coordinate ongoing department projects to ensure timely completion.
- Take charge of HR-related administrative matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to efficiently and effectively handle large volumes of work.
- Willingness to dive into challenges and do whatever it takes to achieve objectives.
- Proactive and eager to go beyond the task list to support the team.
- Reliability, drive, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with various departments and manage information, tasks, and relationships.
- Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and ethical behavior in all work situations.
