Job description:

Genpact is currently accepting applications for the position of Process Associate in the Banking – Dispute – Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention domain. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing Supplier Registration Forms and ensuring the completeness of information provided by the supplier.

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Investigate suspicious activities and abnormal customer behavior, such as unusual card spend or anomalous account activities.
2. Conduct thorough research and make decisions independently within the scope of workflow/procedure.
3. Perform reasonable investigations on cases using available tools to meet regulatory SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
4. Communicate with other departments as per procedures regarding the case.
5. Document all review steps, decision rationale, and supporting documentation used in the review process.
6. Have a complete understanding of policies, procedures, and familiarity with Dispute investigation and case management tools.
7. Identify and minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.
8. Achieve/exceed quality standards for investigations within defined SLAs.
9. Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications & skills:

Minimum qualifications:

• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Graduate with a degree in B.Com / BBA.
