Edifecs is currently seeking an HR Intern in Chandigarh to join their People & Culture team. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources. This internship aims to provide exposure to different HR functions and develop essential skills for a successful career in HR.
Job duties & responsibilities:
- Support HR Projects and Initiatives: Assist in various HR projects and initiatives, including performance management, learning & development, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Research and Process Improvement: Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Career Aspiration: Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and regulations.
