Job description:

MTX Group Inc. is looking for a motivated HRA Intern to join their team. The main responsibilities of the role include:

1. Assisting in conducting performance reviews and providing guidance to employees as needed.
2. Supporting the talent management team in various operational tasks, such as maintaining employee records and performance management databases.
3. Proactively engaging in activities related to performance management to ensure data accuracy.
4. Helping in organizing and coordinating learning sessions for the Performance Management System (PMS).
5. Fulfilling other job-related tasks as assigned.

Skills required for the role are:

1. Knowledge of G-Suite applications like Google Spreadsheets, Documents, and Presentations.
2. Familiarity with Human Resource functions.
3. Basic understanding of the Performance Management Process.
4. An analytical mindset and a learning approach.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
7. A focus on data quality, efficiency, stakeholder communication, and collaboration.
