Job description:

The main responsibilities of the role include:

1. Providing resolutions to maintain quality standards.
2. Reviewing content and providing resolutions based on prescribed guidelines.
3. Recognizing trends and patterns and addressing issues promptly.
4. Providing insights to improve support to users.
5. Maintaining a thorough understanding of processes and policies.
6. Delivering excellent customer service to customers.

Minimum qualifications for the position are:

1. Any Graduate (Post-Graduate qualifications are an added advantage).
2. Freshers are eligible to apply.
3. Fluency in the English language.

Preferred qualifications include:

1. Effective probing and analyzing/understanding skills.
2. Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
3. Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shift work.
