Job description:

E-Con Systems is hiring a Human Resources Intern.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Work on designing, updating job descriptions and sourcing potential candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn etc.,.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.
  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • UG: Any B.E/B.Tech + Full Time MBA (Human resource management Marketing) or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
  • Preferred: “HR with Marketing”
  • are available for full time (in-office) internship
  • can start the internship “immediately”.
  • are available for duration of 3 months (**Can be considered for Permanent role based on performance as an Intern)
  • Should have relevant skills and interests
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills & Detail-oriented.
