Bentley is hiring Marketing Interns in Pune.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Becoming the subject matter expert on all marketing platforms, including anything regarding emails, landing pages, Virtual webinars platform
- Manage the execution of global campaign offers and tactics reporting
- Supporting all Bentley initiatives which will impact our global Industry Marketing and
- Product Marketing teams around the world, making a positive impact on events and campaigns that affect the company’s bottom line.
- Enter and maintain Production SharePoint queue requests and calendars to ensure priorities are clear and transparent across teams
- Promote, administer, and moderate global webinar events. Manage registration process for Webinars and Events
- Work with teams to execute email marketing campaigns, ABM and virtual events
- Work closely with team members to strategize, create and execute Monitor all campaigns in Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot
- Providing reporting and analytics using Adobe Analytics, QlikView, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other available data sources on performance including response and conversation rates for individual tactics and offers, and tracking results against sales pipeline or attendee targets.
- Ensures all deliverables and tasks are scheduled and completed on time.
- Maintaining planning documentation and accompanying schedules covering deliverables, resources, task assignments, critical path, and milestone dates
Qualifications and experience required:
- Degree in Marketing
- Minimum of 1 years proven experience in B2B, including digital marketing, email marketing, webinar/virtual events
- Experience with Email Marketing, Adobe Connect, CRM, Marketing Automation and Reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred (Salesforce, C4S, Hubspot, Marketo , webinar platform – Splash, ON24, ZoomInfo, Gotowebinar
- PC literacy with appropriate MS Office applications proficiency
- Project Management knowledge
