Job description:

Diageo is conducting an interview for the post of GAT (Graduate Apprentice Trainee).

Role clarity:

As a GAT you would be deployed in any of our plants across India for a period of 1 year in which you would be getting an exposure to work in 2 Plants. First 6 months in One plant and next 6 months in another plant. You would be supporting the Day to Day operations of functions in a Plant set up.

Contract: 1 year

Qualifications and experience required:

Education: Graduates (Only 2024 Passouts)

• BE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation & Control Engineering
• B.Tech – Sugar & Alcohol Technology/Food Technology/Wine/Brewing Technology
• B. Tech/M.Tech – Industrial Safety & Risk Management /Post Diploma in Industrial safety/MSc in Health, Safety and Environmental Management
• B.com/M.com/MBA Finance – Only for Commercial Role

Working Days: 6 days a week (Mon – Saturday)

Stipend: 25k Per month.

One Time Bonus: On Successful completion of Training you would be provided with 30k as one time Bonus.

Desired candidate:

• Must be doing Graduation from a regular college as per above mentioned streams of education.
• Should have scored 60% and above in all semester so far with no standing arrears / back logs.
• Should be strictly only 2024 Pass outs.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
