Job description:
PhonePe is hiring for the post of Industrial Trainee Intern.
Job duties and responsibilities:
The role reports to the Program Lead and is integral to supporting the execution and governance of the Training & Awareness Program. This program is dedicated to fostering behavioral expectations, promoting understanding of E&C requirements outlined in the Code of Conduct, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures through training and communication initiatives.

- Assist in managing Program requirements, including the training and awareness plan and tracking program effectiveness.
- Contribute to the consistent implementation of training and awareness escalation protocols.
- Support day-to-day operations of the organization-wide training program, including course assignments, training reports, and issue resolution.
- Validate target audience data for compliance training and address any gaps identified.
- Prepare accurate and informative program dashboards and reports for Leadership and Global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global, Compliance, and HR teams to drive the program agenda.
- Work with internal stakeholders and the communications team to develop and implement awareness campaigns.
- Assist in reviewing the AC HR Screening process and due diligence screening as per Giving Procedures.
Required skills and knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data integrity maintenance.
- Analytical skills to identify opportunities for actionable insights.
- Effective time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working in team-focused environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build cross-functional relationships.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Compliance professionals/Chartered Accountants with 0–1 year of experience.
