Job description:
Antino is seeking highly motivated and dynamic MBA interns to join their team as Referral Outreach Interns. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding their network and generating referral leads and projects for their IT services company. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and relationship building within the IT industry.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential referrers within the target audience (startup advisors, tech freelancers, VC firms) using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Draft personalized referral outreach emails using provided templates and ChatGPT-generated content. Emphasize the benefits of referring projects to our IT services company and the commission-based rewards.
- Send referral outreach emails to prospects, addressing them by name and incorporating relevant details from their profiles.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and track the progress of referral leads and projects.
- Assist in follow-up activities, including sending reminder emails and providing necessary support and information to prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of referral activities.
- Provide regular updates on the status of referral leads and projects to the sales team and management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the referral outreach process and templates based on feedback and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree or recent MBA graduate with a specialization in sales, marketing, or a related field. Tier 1 Colleges are a must.
- Previous sales experience or from a sales background.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails and engage with prospects professionally.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for research and networking purposes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in using email clients and basic office software.
Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extending to 6 months leading to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
