Summer Internship Program – Product Support | P&G | 9 position Across India

Job description:

P&G is offering exciting summer internships across India in various functions, including Manufacturing/Engineering. As an intern in this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the production floor, tackle real challenges, and make decisions that will have a direct impact on the company’s performance. You will also have the chance to learn and utilize P&G’s cutting-edge technologies, standards, and methods.

Depending on your placement, you may work in one of the following functions:

1. Production – Packing: You will be involved in performance analysis, project management, problem-solving, and the installation/startup of new equipment for the packing line.
2. Production – Making: This function focuses on manufacturing products in large quantities and with flexibility. Your tasks may include performance analysis, communication between departments, skill development programs for operators, and process improvement.
3. Quality: As part of the Quality department, you will work on quality assurance, equipment validation, process improvement, and participation in cross-functional workshops.
4. Health Safety & Environment: This team handles environmental issues, including waste management, defective product destruction, water management, and energy optimization.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related majors.
• Technical excellence and attention to detail in executing plans.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with others.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and success replication.
• Fluent in English.

Eligibility:

Candidates who are currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs and meet the qualifications are eligible to participate in the Internship Placement process at their campus.
