Job description:
E-Con Systems is hiring a Human Resources Intern.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Work on designing, updating job descriptions and sourcing potential candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn etc.,.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Qualifications and experience required:
- UG: Any B.E/B.Tech + Full Time MBA (Human resource management Marketing) or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
- Preferred: “HR with Marketing”
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship “immediately”.
- are available for duration of 3 months (**Can be considered for Permanent role based on performance as an Intern)
- Should have relevant skills and interests
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills & Detail-oriented.
