IdeaForge is offering an internship for the role of HR Operations Intern. As an HR Operations Intern, you will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including onboarding, employee record management, generating HR letters, and implementing process improvements.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Create and maintain onboarding data of employees on the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
- Monitor and track changes in employee records.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees and handle the exit process for departing employees.
- Efficiently maintain the employee database and records on the HRMS and regularly evaluate the data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Generate and administer all HR letters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements at every level of HR operations.
- Possess good knowledge of HR policy structure and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Create a monthly HRMS dashboard for effective reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
- Quick thinking and the ability to adapt to changing situations in the HR domain.
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for efficient data management and presentation.
Additional skills required:
- Familiarity with policy and procedure compliance in the HR context.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes.
