Job description:

Antino is conducting interviews for the position of Business Development Trainee. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in executing sales plans, generating leads, building business relationships, and supporting the team with various responsibilities.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Sales Plans: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
2. Lead Generation: Grow business by developing new leads and contacts.
3. Business Relationships: Build and nurture business relationships with current and potential clients.
4. Sales Documentation: Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with management on sales goals and strategies.
6. Support: Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• CRM Software: Experience with CRM software.
• MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Multitasking: Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain ideas effectively.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sales Skills: Ability to sell value, create credibility, and build good relationships with people.
• Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
