Antino is conducting interviews for the position of Business Development Trainee. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in executing sales plans, generating leads, building business relationships, and supporting the team with various responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Sales Plans: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Lead Generation: Grow business by developing new leads and contacts.
- Business Relationships: Build and nurture business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with management on sales goals and strategies.
- Support: Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- CRM Software: Experience with CRM software.
- MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Multitasking: Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain ideas effectively.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Sales Skills: Ability to sell value, create credibility, and build good relationships with people.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
