Job duties and responsibilities:
As a specialized Brand Point of Contact (POC), your main focus will be on ensuring the success of our brand partners by closely monitoring input and output metrics. Your role will involve prioritizing and resolving issues to enhance stakeholder experience and drive brand growth. You will be the primary contact for multiple brands, providing support for inventory inbound and collaborating with external Operations stakeholders to troubleshoot any inbound issues. Additionally, you will handle brand escalations related to catalog, inventory, operations, and payment matters.
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Excel
