Graviton Research Capital LLP is conducting an interview for the post of Recruitment Coordinator – Trainee.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate various recruitment activities and contribute to the successful acquisition of top talent.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring all participants are well-informed and prepared. Coordinate logistics, such as interview room bookings, travel arrangements, and video conferencing setups, as necessary.
- Application Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS – GreenHouse) by updating candidate information, tracking the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms. Monitor job posting performance and suggest improvements to enhance the reach and visibility of job opportunities.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates based on defined criteria and minimum qualifications. Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
- Interview Support: Coordinate and communicate interview schedules with candidates and interview panel members. Prepare interview materials, including candidate profiles, interview guides, and assessment tools. Collect feedback from interviewers and consolidate evaluation results.
- Candidate Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires by collecting and verifying necessary documents, coordinating background checks, and providing support in completing required forms and paperwork.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on the recruitment process, answering queries, and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. Prepare regular reports to track recruitment KPIs and provide insights for process improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, streamline workflows, and optimize the candidate experience. Make recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing changes as needed.
- Ad-hocs as per team requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Passout year 2022 & 2023
- This is a fixed term contract under NATS for 18 Months, with an opportunity to work full-time post completion on performance basis
- Internship experience in recruitment coordination or related HR role is preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software, preferably GreenHouse
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
