Job description:
Schneider Electric is conducting an interview for the post of HR Digitization Specialist.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Building and Delivering People Analytics deliverables across IMEA zone for various stakeholderstop ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting and streamlined processes
- Designing and Participating in requirements gathering, validation, development, testing and delivering reporting and data needs of HR Community and the Business for HR KPI dashboards
- Building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
- Translating raw data into valuable and actionable business insights and helping business leaders and HR Community of IMEA
- Carefully understanding the existing HR Digital Tools/Processes/business context and proposing practical solutions with clear value drivers, explaining the analysis/research in an easy-to-understand way
- Project management and execution: developing project roadmaps, resource management, managing risk and contingencies and effective stakeholder management.
- Leading the HR Digital Services team of IMEA (Greater India + Middle East Africa)
- Effectively prioritizing and balancing work efforts of self and team based on business goals
- Cultivating strong collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders, Internal team and Global HR Teams
- Proactively taking initiative, using good judgement to prioritize requests and are comfortable working with minimal direction
- Understand the importance of attention to detail
- Developing team members, and coaching them for high performance
Qualifications required:
- Degree, preferably in HR, Business, engineering or other analytical and/or technology-related fields, with high academic achievement required; advanced degree preferred
- Preferred: Has led an operational team and delivery of analytics projects for HR stakeholders in a shared services model, with experience delivering operational data projects across the employee lifecycle
- Problem solving, communication, interpersonal ability to anticipate, identify, and solve critical problems
- Demonstrates keen attention to detail and rigorous data management practices
Knowledge with large, complex data sets - Knowledge in ETL: Access Excel templates & Tableau Prep, Data base: MS Access, Reporting & Analytics: Tableau,
- Management and business development of existing and new solutions
- Must maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
