Job description:

Genpact is currently accepting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Service. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for a team of 15 – 20 employees. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate expertise in assessment, problem-solving, policy administration, and interpretation.
  • Flexibility to shift priorities quickly and manage multiple requirements to completion.
  • Maintain a process and detail-oriented approach, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Work independently and take initiative on assigned projects while also collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Possess excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactively partner with clients and demonstrate project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Handle day-to-day employee-related issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention through effective HR best practice programs.

Qualifications required:

  • Any Graduate.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Team management experience with a background in the banking domain.
  • Exposure to customer management and good presentation skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Preferred MBA with a background in Customer service.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and execution-oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work flexibly.
  • Experience in people/peer management and leading by example with integrity.
  • Experience in BPO with inbound customer service and a background in cards or retail banking would be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with people across organizational units.
  • Good analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
