Job description:

Allstate Insurance Company is hiring an Associate in Bangalore.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• These are not fulltime trainer roles as of now. In future, we may pick a few of these identified resources to be the trainers
• The person will be responsible to deliver training to new hires or conduct cross-skill training
• Act as a floor support to respond to queries
• Do error analysis
• Conduct 1-0-1 with slow learners
• Be responsible for performance of the people that are assigned to them
• Hold meetings with the onshore SMEs to review/update training material
• Conduct monthly PKT for their respective team
• Conduct Training interventions based on the errors and PKT results
• Maintain reports like KT trackers, Update/Gap tracker
• Flexibility to work in any shift & week offs

Eligibility:

• Meeting the SLAs of the processes for last 3 months
• Willingness to become a trainer as per the roles and responsibilities mentioned above
• Good presentation/facilitation skills

Preparation / Process:

• The candidate must prepare a presentation on process specific topics of their choice and present it for at least 15 mins
• The presentations will be conducted, followed by personal interviews to know their training acumen
