Job description:
Genpact is currently accepting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Service. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for a team of 15 – 20 employees. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Demonstrate expertise in assessment, problem-solving, policy administration, and interpretation.
- Flexibility to shift priorities quickly and manage multiple requirements to completion.
- Maintain a process and detail-oriented approach, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Work independently and take initiative on assigned projects while also collaborating effectively with the team.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Possess excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactively partner with clients and demonstrate project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Handle day-to-day employee-related issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Promote employee engagement and retention through effective HR best practice programs.
Qualifications required:
- Any Graduate.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Team management experience with a background in the banking domain.
- Exposure to customer management and good presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Preferred MBA with a background in Customer service.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and execution-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work flexibly.
- Experience in people/peer management and leading by example with integrity.
- Experience in BPO with inbound customer service and a background in cards or retail banking would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with people across organizational units.
- Good analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
